Co-Occurring Disorders

Many people experience both mental health challenges and substance use concerns at the same time. This often looks like using substances to cope with feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unable to move forward in life. Our integrated approach treats both conditions together, helping you build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and regain clarity and stability.

Mental Health Conditions

We treat a wide range of mental health conditions that affect mood, thought, and daily life. These challenges often show up as withdrawal, lack of motivation, emotional flatness, or a growing sense of disconnection from goals and relationships. Our programs provide the right level of support to address everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, ADHD, and personality disorders.

Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy and postpartum bring big changes that can impact emotional well-being beyond the “baby blues.” Our Perinatal Wellness IOP supports moms during pregnancy and up to one year postpartum with group therapy, coping skills, mindfulness, yoga, and trauma-informed care.

You do not need a diagnosis or a clear answer about what is wrong to reach out. Many people contact us because something feels off or because they or a loved one feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Our admissions team offers a confidential pre-screening to understand your situation and goals. From there, we help guide you toward the most appropriate level of care, whether that is with us or through one of our trusted partners.
