Aftercare is designed for adults who have completed partial care, an intensive outpatient program, or another structured level of care and are stepping into a more independent routine. This stage often looks stable on the surface but still requires continued support.
You attend a one-hour group session each week, held in the evening, that keeps you connected without disrupting your schedule. Sessions focus on relapse prevention, coping skills, and ongoing emotional support, while helping you apply approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to real-life situations.
You also stay connected to others who understand your experience while building stronger communication at home and accessing resources that support long-term stability. This becomes the bridge between structured treatment and fully independent living.
