She has a strong interest in complex trauma and relational or behavioral patterns that feel limiting and hard to shift; her approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and truly meeting clients where they are.

Outside of work, Delia enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband, pets, and friends.

Lauren Dunbar

Director Of Partnerships

Lauren has over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. She has had the opportunity to work in a wide range of roles that have shaped who she is, both personally and professionally. From direct client care to program support and leadership responsibilities, each position has given her a deeper understanding of the challenges people face and the incredible strength they carry with them. Her passion lies in meeting people exactly where they are, offering empathy, support, and guidance as they navigate some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives.

What drives Lauren most is the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. She takes pride in building genuine connections. Over the years, she has learned that the smallest acts of compassion can sometimes make the biggest difference, and that is what fuels her love for this work day after day.

Outside of Lauren’s career, her greatest joy is her family. She cherishes the time she spends with her husband and their three kids—whether they are out making memories, relaxing at home, or just enjoying the everyday chaos that comes with raising a family. They keep her motivated, and constantly remind her of what truly matters.
